Porsche Albania sh.p.k. is the official importer and exclusive retailer of Škoda, Seat and Audi in Albania. Due to the expansion of our business in Tirana we are searching for new team members.


Therefore we’re looking for:

Finance Assistant


Tasks:

• Assisting in day to day administrative & accounting tasks.
• Preparing periodical statistical & reconciliation reports
• In charge of managing fixed assets physical inventory.
• Support month end, year end process.
• Assist in completing of Finance Organizational Handbook.
• Prepare travel expense reports
• In charge of monthly reporting to Ministry of Finance ( money laundry prevention)
• Support the month/year end closing process.


Qualifications:

• University Degree in Economic studies
• Practical experience in accounting, good understanding of accounting principles,
• Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with projects & timelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Excel, Word, Power Point.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and/or German.
